There are a kind of internal and external factors that affect an organization’s approach to talent planning. One of them is a Size of a company. As much the company is well-known to the public as easier to attract a range of applicants. Here the image of a company also plays an important role.
Recruitment policies. Most companies that pay attention to talent planning generally make recruitment through internal sources. Internal recruitment is preferred because own employees know the company well and can fit to the position easily.

As it is impossible to achieve a promotion in business life with only one bachelor’s diploma, skilled candidates also always search for companies that pay bills of training and development needs of their employees.
