Membership is open to all interested persons who submit an application and pay an annual membership fee. All Membership Terms begin on the 1st day of January and end on the 31st day of December, of each year.

REGULAR MAIL – print & mail form with payment
ONLINE SUBMISSION - using our PayPal Payment System**ATTENTION - Online Youth Membership Applicants: A Parental Consent Form is required. You must print out the “Parental Consent Form” for the parent or guardian to sign. This form MUST be mailed to the current MBGA Secretary, before a youth application can be processed. Failure to submit the required form will result in the applicaiton being rejected, without prejudice; until a Parental Consent form has been received.

Approved applicants receive a MBGA WELCOME PACKET, once membership has been processed.
